1. Digital products

All products offered are digital. No physical products are shipped unless explicitly stated otherwise. Product descriptions, features and access methods are presented at the point of purchase.

2. Account and access

Some products require an account or access credentials. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity carried out through your account. Access is granted to the purchasing customer and is not transferable unless stated otherwise.

3. Acceptable use

4. Intellectual property

All content, software, branding and materials remain the property of Kivpay or its licensors. A purchase grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the product for its intended purpose.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Prices, currency, taxes and any recurring terms are shown before purchase. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

6. Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the product purchased, the applicable offer and the payment platform used, as described in our Refund Policy.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep our products available and functioning, but access may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or issues affecting third-party providers. Features may change or be discontinued over time.

8. No guarantees of results

Our products provide information, tools and software. We make no promise of any specific outcome, financial or otherwise, arising from their use.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kivpay is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability relating to a product is limited to the amount paid for that product.
